Diets low in protein carbohydrates, like the famous Atkins diet is best known for being very effective for weight loss in terms of fat loss. The fact is that according to recent studies, health researchers and nutritionists do not recommend this type of diet programs. Even the American Heart Association Partnership of the diet of the American Medical Association announced the dangers of these types of diets.
Unknown to many people who practice this type of diet, diets low protein-carbohydrate pose serious health risks. The result of eating carbohydrates of May too low to cause fat to accumulate in the blood cause diseases such as gout and kidney stones. Studies also show that significantly increases the risk of developing heart disease. Another side effect of a diet low in carbohydrates and protein is likely to affect their daily lives. The low carbohydrate intake can cause health problems such as fatigue, nausea, severe headaches and sudden dizziness.
Low in fiber also causes constipation and diarrhea. This type of diet you can be more harm than good, contrary a well balanced and nutritious diet. You can lose weight quickly to start with this plan, but the catch can gain weight quickly in a short period of time. The fact is that weight loss was with this type of diet is actually water you can quickly gain muscle mass and so they are in fact more difficult to burn fat and lose weight.
