Haven’t seen it. Most are designed to work IF you can stick with them. Thing is can you stick with whatever it is for long term. If not there isn’t much point. Try to eat healthier.
Some people look fat, specially the fluffy ones, because they are retaining lots of water. They are allergic–no, you wouldn’t necessarily know– and the body retains fluid to dilute the irritants.
If you can find out what those are water can flood out very quickly and you feel much better.

how much weight can i lose in 11 days with diet and ALOT of excersize? i’m going on vacation and would like to lose a few pounds. even though i’m pretty slim to start with, it would be okay to lose a few still. so how do i do it and how much weight will i lose, i don’t care if i gain it back after i go on vacation and as always, i’m offering 10 points to the best answer.
The average weight loss is 2 to 3 lbs per week, so you may be able to lose 4 to 6lbs. You will have to watch what you eat and work out as least 5hrs per week. Don’t starve yourself it will only result in your metabolism slowing down, no energy to work out and temporary weight loss if any.
