I prefer the just a healthy balanced diet. Any special diet that you stop once you reach your weight loss goal, you will gain weight back when you stop. If you just change the way you eat, you will keep the weight off.

I got flat bread instead of regular bread today at subway, the cashier told me there was an extra charge for it. The sign just said you could substitute any 6″ bread with flat bread.
