The Right Diet For Me

without comments

the right diet for me
is this the right diet for my dog?

I have my BC shep on the following diet and i was wondering is this the right diet for him. he eats cesar dog food tins 0ne tin twice a day and he als eats iams dog food mixed in with the cesar as well. I also give him rawhide bones once a day as well. shep also gets walked twice a day and he seems to be in really good form with this diet so i was wondering is this the right diet for him to take.

Here’s a memory tool that I use: Imagine that Shep is a wolf out in the wild. What is his diet like? Its raw meat, fur, bones and a lot of the time; greens, such as grass and leaves. Raw meat has lots of excellent protein in it. Fur has fiber and certain vitamins needed to support big, working muscles. Bones have iron and bone marrow which helps to stabilize his immune system (as well as replacing the natural flora on his teeth). The grasses and leaves have vitamins and minerals that help with the digestive system and with alkalizing the PH.

In this wild diet, there are NO preservatives. There are NO artificial flavors. There are NO by products of soy and corn or poultry. There are NO artificial colors. There are only the purest of ingredients!

Obviously this kind of diet is impossible to find in a modern society. But look at the ingredient’s label and read it thoroughly. If there’s anything that you don’t recognize or understand… look it up and learn if its harmful for Shep. Try to find a dog food that has ALL the wild wolf’s dietary needs. Try to find a dog food that has NO additives that were NEVER intended by god for dogs to eat!

Hope I helped! Good luck!

*hugs Shep*

Diet For New Mothers

without comments

diet for new mothers
What would you tell to a person who blames new mothers for being overweight after the pregnancy?

Any comments you’d like to tell her? here is what she wrote:

“but you know that thats no excuse to not excercise and diet properly you guys use that as an excuse to get fat. you could still have a job and take care of your kid and workout. theres no excuse to getting fat and you could still get a gym membership. its called making time you dumb asse.”

She addressed this message to young single mothers who have little to no finances.

What would you tell her in reply?
I doubt that she is a mother but i don’t know for sure.
I also doubt that she is even married…
Latricia- I absolutely agree.

I say go with:

“Yes you’re right I have plenty of time to work out or go to a gym after waking up, getting children dressed and fed and then to daycare and school, getting to work and working a full 8 hour shift where I spend my breaks and lunch pumping to provide nutritious breast milk for my infant, picking kids up from school and daycare, cooking lunch, doing homework, cleaning up from dinner and kids, and doing bedtime routine which normally involves bath, tooth brushing, multiple stories, multiple hugs and kisses along with requests for water, nursing constantly since the time I got off of work, falling out in bed and attempting to read a book or do my school work on time because I am trying to go to college and better myself, but ultimately passing out in the process.”
“This absolutely leaves enormous time to workout and even worry about eating “healthy” when I can manage the few seconds to even remember to grab something to eat at all.”

I am overweight myself. I drink enormous amounts of water, and I try to remember to eat at all, but I tend to even forget that simple task with everything else that goes on with my day. Most people without kids do not understand what it takes to be a mother, whether you have one child or ten. I just calmly let them know what is involved. I let my weight suffer because I focus my time instead on caring for my family. How dare I be so selfless? How dare we as mothers not neglect our children so that we can be “fit” and “sexy”?

Whats the best way to gradually loose 25 pounds in 3 months?

Whats the best way to gradually loose 25 pounds in 3 months? Im a 16 year old boy and i want to loose it by start of school sept 4…..i know if u put urself on a strict diet, u wont follow it, so what are some tips that will make sure i loose 25 pounds gradually without putting my body threw some shock mode to loose 25 pounds?

It wont be easy but i would suggest running at least 2 to 3 miles a day eating heathy food after your work out like running or jogging this will burn your calories in order not to gain more weight and sooner or later u will notice the results dont forget to also throw in alternative exercises and conditioning workouts and healthy eating habits

What diet pills work the best without having to do much or a diet?

I just had a baby and trying to lose some weight before my husband gets back from Iraq :) I dont have much time to diet or work out but I try at time and do try and watch what I eat if I even have the time to. Please help me out as much as you can…thanks so much!

I would suggest just proper acai diet and exersize, i suggest doing what this mom did and combining the Acai diet with a cleansing program for the best result. Congratulations on your husband coming home, God Bless him for serving his country. My husband just came back in May and though he was injured, it was the happiest day of my life to see him alive!
