I'm Asian, so rice and noodles are central to my diet. So if I reduce my intake of carbohydrates will help me lose weight?
When trying to lose weight, it is best to cut the sweets and high fat things saturated. Never remove carbohydrates, because this would cause health problems. Reduce slightly should help though.
