I started a meal replacement diet five days ago and for the last three I have been vomiting after drinking the shakes and today I have horrible stomach pain and dizziness. Is this normal? Will it go away or should

Get off the meal replacement diet and go to natural foods. They put a bunch of chemical crap in those meal replacement things. You should feel better after you stop taking them. If you don’t in a few days however, go see a doctor.

Ways to lose loads of weight reasonably quickly?
Im 9st and 5.7ft and id like to lose a stone so that i fit easily into size 8 tops and trousers. Any ideas on how to shift the weight quickly (month or two or three) without any fad meals like steamed fresh salmon etc. Just nice and simple. I dont mind crash diets either

Quick Fix Diets

anyone have a quick fix diet that works?
any way to lose a lot in a week or 2?
I have lost a stone in one month and I have a stone and a half to go.
I’ve
1) Dropped down to 2 small meals a day, like salad for one meal and a sandwich for another.
2) No chocolate or pop with sugar. Mainly water or at worst, diet pop.
May seem extreme but it’s willpower. It works. I’ll gradually build the quantity up after time but it’s making sure it’s still salads etc..
I’m on course to lose 2 1/2 stone in 3 month.

A New Diet/Lifestyle?
So I’m trying to get within a healthy weight range for my height and body but I’m having trouble with the the eating part. I’ve started walking for 20min.(1 mile)at least 3 times a week. I’m going to try and work in some weight training 2-3 times a week later on. What I’m looking for is a good diet that I can change into a lifestyle way of eating. I hear about all these fad diets like Jenny Craig and Weight Watchers but they don’t sound like something I could do for the rest of my life. I don’t have a lot of time to fix meals, so I could use some easy meal tips that I could fix ahead of time. I joined sparkpeople but I didn’t like the diet plan it had. Thanx!
Oh…Right now I don’t eat a lot during the day but I think my portions are way too big when I do eat. For some reason I never seem full or maybe it’s my brain. So I’m not sure if it’s what I’m eating(junk food) or not.
I was told by my doctor to do a low carb diet and I can’t believe how much better I feel. There’s so much sugar in so many foods, and cutting them out has made me lose weight, feel healthier and have more energy.
My meals are very simple: lean meat and vegetables. So lunch or dinner could be a tuna salad or a chicken ceasar salad. You can get those when you eat out, or you can buy pre-bagged lettuce and fix your own.
If you get a diet plan like Atkins, you’ll see that it’s not about porking out on mass quantities of meat or fat, it’s very much portioned controlled and healthy. You’re still allowed to have some cheese, but keep it at 2 ounces. You can have a few olives or a few nuts– just cut out the potatoes, rice, bread, pasta, fruits for a while..
I’m not fond of pre-packed “diet program food” because you don’t learn to eat a healthy diet- you’re still eating chocolate and cake and cheesy lasagna every day, but it’s all fake food.
Also- it’s very important to eat breakfast.
