Which food is healthier for me to eat?

I’ve been working out and I’m at the point where I just want to tone out my body now, including my abs and I was wondering if I should keep eating my daily foods, meats, fast foods, protein foods, or start eating diet foods since I’m doing cardio now.I’m afraid that if I start eating diet foods I’m going to start losing my muscle, so which should I eat???Diet foods or protein/junk food

You don’t need to eat “diet foods” to achieve muscle tone… but you do need to RID YOUR DIET OF FAST FOODS…. These are the types of foods you should load up on:

- Non Starchy Vegetables (leafy greens, cabbages, peppers, tomatoes, onions, etc)
- Lean High Quality Proteins (fish of all types, free ranged red meats, poultry breast and eggs)
- Healthy Fats (olives, olive oil, nuts, seeds, fish & eggs)
- Low Sugar Fruits (kiwis, plums, apples, pears, citrus, berries)
- Calorie Free Drinks (water, tea, coffee, sparkling water, etc)

Why are there no fitness centers and programs for kids?

I was wondering why there are no fitness centers for children. If it is because of liability, why would it be any different than a gymnastics class or something. I am talking about a center that offers aerobics and diet classes for kids. I would enroll my children in a heartbeat. Any ideas??

I have mentioned this to 24 hour fitness many times. I have a son that loves to exercise. I take him to the gym with me. He loves going…until he sits in the play room. He always asks me why everybody just sits around in there. With the rate of child obesity going up…I hope that they can be the start of a new program to help reduce child obesity.

diet/eating plan or slimming/diet pills ?

i am overweight and have reached the point where enough is enough . i have mobility problems after breaking my back some years ago , so exersise causes pain . this lack of mobility , combined with overeating the wrong foods , and an added medical condition ( pcos & hyperinsulinism ) which makes you put on weight , means i am fat .
i love food and have little will power , so would like to know what really does work out there , diet/eating plan or slimming/diet pills ?

Set a goal and stick to it and you can’t go wrong.

I would recommend 3 balanced meals a day each adding up to 500 calories.

Very light excercise even if it’s just walking around.
