Whats up evryone???? I was wondering what are some good protein shake i could buy probally powder maybe premixed would be better probally buy it form GNC im 16 should i even be drinking protien shakes and stuff… Im trying to be a body builder and I now i dont get enough protien cause almost everyday I will have 2-3 snapples I need the sugar or pespsi and maybe eat pizza or pastrami sanwich or macorni i never eat breakfest I worek ouit around anywhere form 12AM- 4AM..please let me now what u recommend.. thnx.. not to expnesive please no 100 dollars a package or shit like that

Well if you want to be a body builder then go for it, but you need to workout your whole body in order to be one. The workout with only presses, curls and such won’t do you much. And the food you are eating, i would say is not quite what a bodybuilder would eat. Anyway you are 16 and still yound and i think you should eat whatever you like. But if you are serious about being abody builder you might want to look over the food you eat and your workout.
Anyway protein shake? well take one that has lots of protein compared to carbs. If you can find one with low carbs, chances are it is okay, depending on the taste off course. They cost approx 30 dollars or so. You can get some cheaper ones at target, walmart and so on, just make sure the carb amount in them won’t be tooo much.

Haven’t seen it. Most are designed to work IF you can stick with them. Thing is can you stick with whatever it is for long term. If not there isn’t much point. Try to eat healthier.

Some people look fat, specially the fluffy ones, because they are retaining lots of water. They are allergic–no, you wouldn’t necessarily know– and the body retains fluid to dilute the irritants.

If you can find out what those are water can flood out very quickly and you feel much better.
