New Year Diet

Every year for the last six years I promised myself that this will be the year I finally lose weight and start a new dieting plan for the possibility of fast slimming. But I never actually stick with the new diet and was always right back where I started the following new year.
Does this sad cycle sounds familiar to you? I knew then it was definitely time to try something different, but what? I had tried everything! A good friend of mine suggested I tried a no calorie count diet, due to how unsuccessful I had been with them in the past. She told me about a new diet ‘The Day Off Diet’, which she didn’t know much about but knew there was no calorie counting.
Searching for information and reviews on the net and discovered this is a diet that is extremely effective at helping you to slim down fast and keep it off (supposedly) it’s also the diet that’s easier for you to stick with. What good is a diet if you can’t stick with it until you reach your goal weight?
Of course I gave it a try, I had nothing to lose.
The three reasons I think The Day Off Diet is so easy to stick to:
(1) A weekly “day off” from dieting allows you to satisfy the cravings that normally get you off course with other diets. On your “day off” you can eat & drink anything you want. Literally, anything you want.
(2) Your weekly “day off” will allow you to continue having a social life even while you’re losing weight. Most people choose Friday or Saturday as their weekly day off. On this diet you can still go out on the weekend and have fun just as if you were not dieting and you will not slow down your fast slimming at all. It’s built into the diet!
(3) There’s no food diary to keep. No calories to counting. The Day Off Diet is based on the simple (and easy to follow) “Green Light Foods” principle. On your six dieting days a week you will be eating a diet based on the “Green Light Foods” that will make you feel full while putting your body into fat burning mode.
